全体の和訳は、

「当社は本出荷品が同価格で当社の競合者により提供されている

詳しい説明

We are sure (of it that) this shipment will convince you of the superiority

と、sure の後ろに (of it that) が省略され、this shipment より文末 (price.) 迄の名詞節（隠れた前置詞 of の目的語）が、it と同格の名詞節を構成、「本出荷品が御社に優秀性を確信させる事を確信している」の意味となります。

of our goods over those offered by our competitors at an equal price.

の those offered では、those (the goods which are) offered by our competitors ～ と、the goods which are 「されている製品」が省略されています（which 以下は those に掛かる形容詞節）。
