　2) We had satisfying results.
　「当社は満足の行く結果を得た」
の satisfied と satisfying のうち satisfied に就いて検討して参りました。
今日は 2) のsatisfying に就きましては：
　9) We had results which satisfied (us).
　　　　　　　　↓
10) We had results (which were) satisfying (us).
　　　　　　　　↓
11) We had satisfying results.
と考えることができます。
さて此処で；
12) We were interested in the results.
の interested と：
13) The results were interesting.
の interesting との違いとその理由について考えてみましょう。
