と、書かれています。又、白板上部には、

　  conciliation. conciliator

     arbitration, arbitrator と、書かれています。

全体をさらっとご説明しますと、

　We have entitled to carry out the agreement.

 は「当社は契約を遂行する権利がある」　　

    The parties are executing this contract.

は「当事者は本契約を履行しつつあります」 

    The parties have duly executed this contract as of ～

は「当事者は～日付けにて本契約を然るべく履行しました」

となります。conciliation は調停、conciliatorは調停人、arbitration は

仲裁、arbitrator は仲裁人、共に非公開の紛争解決手段です。
