は、文末に it が現れないのに、

と、すると文末に it が現れるます。
其の理由は：

の如く、manufacture の後ろには目的語が現れないのではなくて、manufacture の目的語としてwhich が現れ、そして消えるものと考えられます。

の、場合は：

　　　　The Product is so complicated, and we cannot manufacture it.

と、後段がSVO文型を構成し、当然にしてwe cannot manufacture it. と、文末にに指示代名詞 it が目的語として現れるものと考えられます。
そして、これ等は、昔、むかし高校にて：

なる英文は、兎に角、
　　４）Mathematics is so difficult that I cannot study it.
と、書き換えることが出来ますが、３）の場合には文末に it は付かずに、４）の場合には it が付きます。気を付けましょう～ 』 と、何回か聴かれたことでしょう。

に、就いては：
　　３）Mathematics is too difficult which I am to study.

の、如くstudy の目的語としてwhich が現れ、そして消えるものと考えることが出来ます。ですから、結果としてstudy の後ろには、何も無いこととはなります。

一見、

　　　「当該製品はとても複雑なので当社はそれを製造できません」
なる二つの英文は、典型的ビジネス英語であって、
　　３）Mathematics is too difficult for me to study.
　　　「数学は難し過ぎて私には勉強できません」
　　４）Mathematics is so difficult that I cannot study it.」
　　　「数学はとても難しいので私はそれを勉強できません」
なる二つの英文は、典型的学校英語のように思われるかもしれません。しかし、実は１）と３）の英文、そして、２）と４）の英文は文法的に全く同じ性質のものです。同様に、英会話なるものが、言語の法則と独立して存在する筈も御座いません。business writing （ビジネス英作文） を口頭で表せば即ち business speaking （商談） となります。『 （キッチリした） 英作文 は出来ないけれども （好い加減な） 英会話は大得意 』 などと云うようなことは、専ら金銭の遣り取り （利益の追求） に終始する企業言語（ビジネス英語）の世界には起こりようも御座いません。
　　ところで、「英語を英語で考える」 とか 「英語を英語で理解する」 とか、たまに聞きますが、これほど非論理的な言葉使いも凡そ考えられません。
論理学的に云えば：　　　　　 ＳをＳで理解する　→　同語反復、命題が成立せず。
法律学的に云えば：　　　　　 主体と客体が同じ　→　債務関係を論じ得ず。
現象学的に云えば：　　　　　 己と意識の対象を認め得ず　→　認識不能。
街の豆腐屋さん的に言えば：豆腐を豆腐で考える？豆腐を豆腐で理解する？→+ ∞ ？
